Specialty created orders will be held to manufacturer minimums. For apparel, the minimum is 24 units (excluding needs for Big/Tall and Plus sizes). Minimums on all other goods vary by style and item type, please contact us today for a quote. Lead-times vary and may require additional cost.

What is a “made to order” item?
A made-to-order item is a product that is not pre-printed and stocked in our warehouse but is produced on a per-request basis. Made-to-order items are not returnable unless defective. Made-to-order items take longer to ship, as we produce them specially for you, so please refer to the individual production time listed within the product specifications and plan accordingly. Made-to-order items also have a set minimum order quantity to meet production requirements. Typically, a good rule of thumb is the less expensive the item, the higher the MOQ. Example, plastic ink pens have a higher MOQ than would a Yeti tumbler.
